Fox Guest Bathroom Renovation

The existing tub was retained, while the surrounding walls were opened and rebuilt to create a properly prepared tiled wet area. Large-format, stone-look tile was installed around the tub and carried above the window for a more substantial, custom appearance. A recessed shower niche with coordinating linear mosaic tile adds convenient storage while introducing subtle texture and contrast.

The tub/shower was upgraded with brushed-nickel fixtures, including both a traditional shower head and a handheld shower, along with a sliding glass enclosure that keeps the compact room feeling open. The existing window continues to bring natural light into the shower while maintaining privacy.

At the vanity, a new white stone-look countertop with warm veining and integrated rectangular sinks gives the existing wood cabinetry an entirely different look without unnecessarily replacing what could be reused. Coordinating brushed-nickel faucets, updated lighting, fresh wall color, and warm wood-look flooring tie the space together.

The result is a practical guest bath that feels cleaner, brighter, and much more intentional—using a mix of updated materials and thoughtfully retained elements to get the most from the renovation.
